This web site is owned and operated by Lawless Ventures, LLC., (referred to as “Paid2Lease” herein). The Site, its content (“Content”) and the Paid2Lease apartment locating services may only be accessed in accordance with this Agreement. If you use Paid2Lease to rent an apartment, you may qualify to receive a portion of the referral fee that is paid to Paid2Lease by the applicable management company (“Property”) that owns or manages the apartment. The portion that you are eligible to receive is known as a “rebate”. Any violation of the copyright in the Content or these terms and conditions may be enforced by Paid2Lease or the copyright owner to the fullest extent allowed by law.

In order to qualify for a rebate, you must:

  1. Use Paid2Lease’s Services or the Paid2Lease website to find an apartment.
  2. Let the property know that you found your apartment using Paid2Lease. (Some apartments require that Paid2Lease escort you to the apartment on your first visit)
  3. Put Paid2Lease on any guest card and rental application provided to you by the property or their online application equivalent.
  4. Report your lease to Paid2Lease before you move-in to your apartment.
  5. Sign a 12 month or longer lease term.

You must report your lease to Paid2Lease after your application has been approved and before your move-in date. Paid2Lease must receive payment of the referral fee from the Property you rented from. Payment of the rebate is subject to the consent of the party the licensee represents in the transaction. If Paid2Lease does not receive a referral fee payment, then you will not receive a cash back rebate. One rebate will be offered per apartment leased. The rebate will be mailed (certified) to your new apartment address upon Paid2Lease receiving payment of referral fee by the Property (usually 4-8 weeks after you move-in).

The rebate amount is 25% of the referral fee payment to Paid2Lease by the property. For example: You rent an apartment using Paid2Lease (following the terms of use) and your monthly rent was $1000. If the property referral fee was 50% of 1 month’s rent, then you would qualify for $125 cash back rebate.

Paid2Lease is not responsible for any taxes that result from a rebate received by you. You will be responsible for payment and reporting of all applicable taxes associated with the receipt of a rebate. Paid2Lease may report the receipt of any rebate to the appropriate federal, state, or local taxing agency(ies) and prior to receiving the applicable rebate you may be required to provide Boomtown Realty with applicable federal and/or state reporting documents.


The materials on Paid2Lease’s web site are provided “as is”. Paid2Lease makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Paid2Lease does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

In no event shall Paid2Lease or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Paid2Lease Internet site, even if Paid2Lease or a Paid2Lease authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Paid2Lease’s web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Paid2Lease does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Paid2Lease may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice.


Paid2Lease has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Paid2Lease of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user’s own risk.
